I absolutely loved staying at Lucas Guest House! The rooms were spacious and had all the basic needs, including fruit and decaffeinated tea. The view to the sports field was a nice touch, and the overall feel of the room was very stylish and cosy. The availability of parking was also convenient. However, the dining experience had some odd flavors, and I missed out on breakfast due to the late start time. The location was perfect for my needs, being very near the University and with easy access to Birmingham city center by train. The overall value for money was superb and I would highly recommend this guesthouse.
